Enjoy Yin yoga in the comfort of your home, no travelling required, all you need is a quiet space, yoga mat and preferrably a block. We will focus on releasing tightness in the body, shifting energy and quieting the mind.
Our online classes works on a monthly subscription based payment of $21.65 (includes bank fees) for 4 classes per month, each delivered live on Thursday evenings at 7pm. If you are unable to make the live class, we can send you a link of the recorded class, so you do not miss out and can enjoy your yin practice at a time that suits you.
After your first payment is accepted, your subscription will continue every 4 weeks, debited to your credit or debit card (as provided) unless you advise of cancellation. Unfortunately no refund will be provided for the current month, so at least stick around until then.
Classes will be presented via Zoom and you will be sent a link via email for the subscribed period.
